HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET MY JOB DONE?
Lightning-fast. We understand your needs and typically turn around jobs within a couple of days of ordering. EXTREME RUSH and need something tomorrow? CALL us at 888-6-AERIAL and for a small additional charge, we will make your job go to the top of the list.
What if the weather is bad?
We can fly in most weather. Gale force winds and driving rain is an issue of course but we fly year-round. If you prefer to wait for perfectly blue skies, we can do that too. If the weather is gray and miserable, we can still make your photos look amazing with our blue sky replacement services.
CAN I FLY THERE? ANOTHER PROVIDER TOLD ME THAT THAT AIRSPACE IS RESTRICTED?
YES! We probably can. There is a lot of restricted airspace around major airports, smaller airports and many other places that the FAA has deemed as “no fly zones”. However, High In Sky is experienced in receiving waivers to fly just about anywhere. Just contact us and let us know where you’d like to fly and we will get it done!
ARE YOU LICENSED AND INSURED?
Yes, of course. We can name you as an additional insured if you would like.
CAN I PUT YOU ON RETAINER?
ABSOLUTELY! We have clients that hire us on a daily basis to get many jobs done that end up being a fraction of the price of individual projects. Likewise, we have clients that contract with us for a fixed amount of jobs per month or quarter. CALL US and we will work out a plan for you!
Do you do solar array inspections and cell tower inspections?
While this website highlights a lot of the work we do, we have experience with literally anything you need with drones and aerials:

Do you offer discounts for non-profts?
Not only do we offer discounts, we set aside 5% of our flying schedule for FREE services for non-profits. Can we help you? Please contact us with your needs and we will attempt to help you.
How will I get my files?
For most projects, we will deliver edited digital photos to you via WeTransfer. These files are stored indefinitely and can be downloaded by anyone that you share the link with. High In Sky also archives your photos for extra redundancy. We are digitally savvy and if your company would prefer FTP transfer or any other delivery method, we would be happy to accommodate you.
Do I need to be on-site for the shoot?
Absolutely not. You are welcome to join us if you feel it will be beneficial. Most of our clients choose to communicate online or over the phone.
What file format will you use?
We shoot photos in RAW format and film in either MP4 or MOV format depending on your preference. The RAW images are converted to JPG when edited. We can deliver the RAW files as well as the edited JPGs.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. You will receive an invoice once the shoot is complete. You can pay either by check, ACH transfer or any major credit card. There is NO PAYMENT due up front except for fully produced videos. You do not pay until you are thrilled with the results.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes, again, to reiterate: YOU DON’T PAY UNTIL YOU ARE THRILLED WITH THE RESULTS.
